Bring it clean, fueled, and logged
Drop the car with at least half a tank of the fuel you intend to tune on (91 / 93 / E85). Bring any existing tune file or ECU flash history, plus a list of current mods. We log the stock baseline on the Dynapack before a single map change.

Drop-off window and intake inspection
Standard drop-off is 08:00–10:00 PT, Mon–Fri. Each intake gets a 30-point inspection (vacuum lines, boost leaks, sensor health) before calibration begins — a written go/no-go is sent to your phone the same morning.

OEM+ build philosophy and revert policy
No irreversible harness cuts, no removed emissions hardware on street-driven cars, and a full revert-to-stock is possible within roughly four hours. If you ever sell the car or move back to stock, your harness is whole.

30-day power guarantee
Every Stage 1 quote ships with a target curve, validated on our own Dynapack. If your independent log doesn't match the quoted wheel horsepower and torque within the agreed tolerance within 30 days, the tune is on us.

Q.01 — REVERT-TO-STOCK Can I return the car to factory if I sell it or want to go back?
Yes. We follow an OEM+ build philosophy — no irreversible harness cuts. Every calibration is flashed through the OBD-II port, and full revert-to-stock is completed inside four hours. You leave with the OEM ECU image archived on our server and a USB backup in your glovebox.
Q.02 — EMISSIONS & ROAD USE Is the tune emissions-legal for street-driven cars?
It depends on the calibration and the jurisdiction. Off-road and race-only products are clearly labeled at quote time, and we will not represent any non-EPA-marked part as street-legal. If you need a 50-state compliant Stage 1 map, tell us at booking and we will scope a CARB-E.O. friendly calibration where one exists for your platform.
Q.03 — DYNO ACCURACY What if the dyno numbers don't match what I was quoted?
Every figure we publish is run on our in-house 4WD Dynapack with eddy-current load control — we never quote third-party logs. Our 30-day money-back power guarantee states that if the wheel-horsepower curve does not match the quoted sheet at the time of delivery, the calibration is on us. You keep the drivability improvements; we eat the labor.
Q.04 — PREP & SUPPORTED PLATFORMS What cars do you work on, and how should I prep mine for the session?
We currently calibrate 38 platforms — Subaru WRX/STI, Mazda MX-5, Honda Civic Type R, Nissan Z, Toyota GR Corolla, Mitsubishi Evo, BMW N54/N55, Ford EcoBoost and most late-model import tuner chassis. Bring the car with a half tank of fuel, fresh spark plugs, no active CEL, and a recent oil change. We handle the rest: pre-dyno inspection, log review, base-map pull and three pulls per gear before the final sheet is signed.
